Richard J. Tyler

Richard is responsible for managing the tax services for the firm’s private equity and venture capital clients. He has over 17 years of tax experience, including over 10 years of public accounting experience, primarily with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a Tax Director. Richard’s financial services experience also includes advising public and private corporations and closely held entities in Washington, D.C. for a number of years, providing tax services, due diligence, M&A, general consulting and compliance to a large private equity/venture capital conglomerate as well as other midsize private equity firms. Richard received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Siena College.
